Greektown Chicago
In 2017, the Greektown beautification committee selected 20 Chicago artists to decorate Karavakia (Christmas boats) that were on display over the holidays. My boat was painted with a marble texture and covered in “coral” made from broken glass and beads. The boats were brought out again for the 2018 holiday season.
